EXAMPLE PREPARATION - BAKED COD FISH STEAK
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a baking dish.

Wipe off the cod steaks and place in the prepared baking dish.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. 
Stir i"&"n the salt and Worcestershire sauce and mix well. 

Pour the butter mixture evenly over the cod.
Cover the fish with the onion slices and sprinkle with paprika.

Place the baking dish in the oven and bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes
Serve the fish "&"immediately.
